.Discussion...
High temperatures will hover around the climatological norm
across the state through the weekend with only very small chances
for rainfall. A cold front will dive south out of the central
plains bringing in cooler temperatures with high temperatures that
will be 10-15 degrees below normal during the early to the middle
part of next week. In addition to the cool temperatures, rain
chances are expected to increase with an organized and more
widespread rainfall expected over at;east parts of the state
dependent on the proximity of the front. Winds are expected to
remain light and variable with a predominate wind direction out
of the N/NE through Saturday, then switching to N/NW as the front
pushes south through the state around Sunday into Monday. Min RH
values will be between 30-40% range through the weekend, then ramp
up around 50% and at times above that as the front pushes south
through the state around Sunday into Monday. High Min RH values
are expected through the early to middle part of next week as
embedded disturbances within northwest flow interact with the
nearly stationary frontal boundary.
