Widespread rain chances will return to the forecast area this
afternoon and persist through most of Tuesday, prior to the
arrival of a cold front. Tuesday night into Wednesday, this cold
front will move through the region, cutting off precipitation
chances. Drier conditions will prevail through the latter half of
the week under northwesterly surface winds.
