.Discussion...
A cold front will approach the state out of the central Plain
later this afternoon into the evening bringing scattered showers
and thunderstorms. Rain chances will remain in place across
northwest and western Arkansas through Monday with light south to
southwest winds ahead of the cold front. The cold front will
slowly move across the state with the front across southeast
Arkansas by Monday night. Additional rain chance are expected on
Tuesday mainly across southeast Arkansas. Cooler and drier air
will filter in behind the front and persist through the remainder
of the week.
