Tuesday will see mostly clear and dry conditions across the entire
state with the exception of far southern and southeastern Arkansas
where a stationary front will remain. Rain chances in those
locations will range from 15% to 25%. RH values will reside from
35 to 45 percent across most of the state with the exception of
values from 45 to near 60 percent across southern and southeastern
Arkansas. Surface winds will remain light out of the east
throughout the day.
