.Discussion...
Generally hot and humid conditions will prevail through Tuesday
due to high pressure aloft. Dry conditions will persist through
the middle part of this week. The ridge of high pressure will
shift to the west by the latter part of the week bringing slightly
cooler temperatures and rain chances to the area by the middle to
latter part of the week. Winds will generally be light and
variable through Monday with the predominately S/SW, then veer to
the NW by Thursday but remain light. Min RH values remain well
below critical thresholds through the entire period. Fuels will
continue to dry with a moderate risk for wild fires statewide with
additional counties putting burn bans in place.
