...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Arkansas...

  Ouachita River At Camden affecting Calhoun and Ouachita Counties.

  Ouachita River At Thatcher L&D affecting Calhoun, Union and
  Bradley Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas...

  Ouachita River At Arkadelphia affecting Clark and Hot Spring
  Counties.

For the Ouachita River...including Jones Mill Dcp, Arkadelphia,
Camden, Thatcher L&D...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ouachita River at Camden.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, Overbank flooding closes many roads.
  Harmony Grove community has flood problems at this stage. Many low
  lying roads are flooding with access to some residential areas by
  boat only.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late Sunday morning and continue rising to 35.0 feet
    Wednesday, April 09. Additional rises are possible
    thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 86.0
    feet Monday, April 14. It will then rise to 86.0 feet Monday,
    April 14. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 79.0 feet.

TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ouachita River at Arkadelphia.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, State Highway 7 and 51 railroad underpass
  flooded. Fields and timber along the river flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 9.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 10.1 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall to 9.3 feet tomorrow
    morning. It will rise above flood stage early Saturday
    afternoon to 20.0 feet Sunday morning. It will then fall
    below flood stage early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
