...The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Arkansas...

  Spring River At Hardy affecting Fulton and Sharp Counties.

For the Spring River...including Hardy, Imboden...elevated river
levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO EARLY THURSDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Spring River at Hardy.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Water is breaking out of the banks and
  flooding low lying areas along the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 3:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 8.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 9.0 feet Sunday morning. It
    will then briefly fall to 8.6 feet early Monday morning,
    before rising again to 9.5 feet early Tuesday morning. It
    will then fall again and remain below flood stage. This
    forecast is primarily based on future rainfall over the next
    48 hours. Continue to monitor latest forecasts for any
    updates.
  - Action stage is 8.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
