The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Faulkner County in central Arkansas...
  Northwestern Lonoke County in central Arkansas...
  Northeastern Pulaski County in central Arkansas...

* Until 615 PM CDT.

* At 503 PM CDT, the public reported thunderstorms producing heavy
  rain and localized flooding in Jacksonville. Between 1 and 2
  inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1
  inch in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Public reported.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
