...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of north and north-central Arkansas.

* WHEN...From late Friday night through Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
  Low-water crossings may be flooded. Extensive street flooding and
  flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rainfall, ranging from 3-6 inches, could fall across
    the watch area over multiple days. Training of thunderstorms
    in combination with wet antecedent soil conditions could
    quickly result in flash flooding. Given this is Memorial Day
    weekend, more folks are likely to be out on area rivers,
    streams, lakes, and or at campsites which could be affected
    by heavy rainfall.

to take action should flooding develop.
