...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE
FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation possible. Ice accumulations
  around two to three tenths of an inch, with locally four tenths of
  an inch possible. Snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch
  possible.

* WHERE...Eastern Garrett and Extreme Western Allegany Counties.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could
  impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is likely to overspread the
  area just after sunrise Friday in the form of sleet or freezing
  rain. Freezing rain is expected to continue through the day and
  into the evening before tapering to freezing drizzle overnight.
  Through the day, temperatures are expected to remain at or below
  32F before gradually warming overnight Friday.
