...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total ice accumulations between
  two and three tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia,
  Western Pendleton County.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage
  are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute today and
  Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A light mix of freezing rain and sleet
  through this evening will transition to a steady freezing rain
  tonight. Temperatures will warm Thursday morning, and
  precipitation transitions to rain.
