...BLIZZARD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 7 AM EST THIS MORNING...

The threat has ended. Expect an additional dusting to 2 inches of
snow especially at elevations above 3500 feet. Plan a little extra
time for slick travel this morning especially along the US-219 (MD
line to the Canaan Valley), (US-48 corridor between Bismarck,WV and
Davis,WV), & (US-33 corridor from Franklin, WV to Seneca Rocks, WV).
Visibility may be reduced down to one mile or less at times due to
blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 40 mph remain possible through this
afternoon.

The threat has ended. An additional dusting to 2 inches of snow
remains possible at elevation above 2900 feet. Plan for a little
extra time for slick travel along the I-68/US-40 corridor between
Grantsville and Keysers Ridge. Patchy slick spots are also possible
along US-25O from Hightown, VA toward the WV line. Visibility may be
reduced down to one mile or less at times due to blowing snow. Wind
gusts up to 40 mph remain possible through this afternoon.
