  South central Harford County in northern Maryland...
  Southeastern Baltimore County in northern Maryland...

* Until 200 PM EDT.

* At 141 PM EDT, a confirmed waterspout was located just offshore
  near Bowleys Quarters, or 7 miles northeast of Middle River, moving
  east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters confirmed waterspout moving onshore.

  IMPACT...For those in the direct path of a tornado touchdown,
           flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Damage to roofs, siding, and windows may occur.
           Mobile homes may be damaged or destroyed. Tree damage is
           likely.

  Perryman around 145 PM EDT.
