Localized dense fog has developed along the higher terrain this
morning. This affects Interstate 68 at Big Savage Mountain and
Keyser`s Ridge. Motorists should use extra caution when driving
this morning. Reduce speed, leave extra travel time and following
distance, and use low beam headlights.
