...GUSTY WINDS AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS THIS AFTERNOON...

Easterly to southeasterly winds may gust 40 to 50 mph at
elevations near and above 2500 feet along the northern Virginia
Blue Ridge this afternoon. When combined with the rain, this may
result in scattered tree and power line damage. Anticipate
difficulty driving high profile vehicles when crossing the ridge,
as well.
