Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
1153 AM EDT Wed Mar 12 2025

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

A weak front will stall across the Mid-Atlantic through Friday
night. Temperatures will trend downward but be highly dependent on
the position of the front. Bouts of low stratus clouds will also
affect portions of the area starting late tonight. The front will
lift north as a warm front Saturday, but shower chances will start
to increase ahead of a strong low pressure system. The cold front
will cross the area Sunday with widespread showers and potentially
some strong to severe thunderstorms.
