Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

A passing cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to
areas east of the Blue Ridge Mountains through early evening.
Gusty winds develop behind the front tonight through Sunday,
leading to a brief cool down. Canadian high pressure will settle
overhead Monday. Ahead of the next low pressure system,
temperatures warm to well above average from Tuesday onward.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms will increase late Tuesday
through Friday as fronts waver near the area. Eventually a cold
front will move through the area on Friday.
