Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service Baltimore MD/Washington DC
806 PM EDT Thu Apr 3 2025

Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

A cold front will drop into the region this evening and stall
somewhere in the vicinity overnight into Friday. This leads to
mostly cloudy conditions and continued chances for showers and
thunderstorms. The boundary returns northward as a warm front on
Saturday yielding an area-wide warming trend. A cold front to the
west will eventually cross through the region on Sunday leading
to renewed showers and thunderstorm chances.

A secondary cold front moves through early next week before high
pressure settles over the area by mid-week. Below normal
temperatures are expected much of next week.
