Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

High pressure will remain across the southeastern states and
adjacent Atlantic Ocean much of this week while a cold front
gradually approaches from the north. This pattern will result in
daily shower and thunderstorm chances through Friday, although
the coverage may shift from day to day. Hot and humid conditions
will continue through Thursday before temperatures decline as the
front pushes south for the end of the week.
