Here is a look at the weather features that will affect the region
over the next several days.

High pressure will remain in control through the weekend. As the
high progresses offshore, southerly flow will lead to an increase
in heat and humidity early next week. Chances for afternoon
showers and thunderstorms will also return as a front gradually
approaches from the north and the remnants of Tropical Depression
Three move along the southeast coast. The front may stall nearby
through the middle of the week, resulting in continued unsettled
conditions.
