...FROSTBURG AND HAGERSTOWN NOAA WEATHER RADIOS ARE OFF THE AIR...

The Frostburg NOAA Weather Radio WXM-43 operating at a frequency
of 162.425 Megahertz, and the Hagerstown NOAA Weather Radio
WXM-42 operating at a frequency of 162.475 Megahertz are both off
the air due to power loss from severe thunderstorms that moved
through the area.

Technicians have been notified. Commercial power will need to be
restored first, then technicians can assess any additional damage
or repairs needed to each radio transmitter. There is currently no
estimated time for return to service.
