line extending from 13 miles southeast of Culpeper to 9 miles
southeast of Orange to near Louisa, moving southeast at 30 mph.

Gusty winds of 25 to 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Heavy rainfall is occurring and may lead to local ponding on roads,
visibility below one mile, and rises on small streams.
