...PATCHY DENSE FOG...

Patchy dense marine fog with visibility less than one nautical
mile is possible this morning on the Potomac River from Potomac
Creek to Smith Point, Patuxent River, and interior waterways along
the Maryland Eastern Shore. The fog will gradually improve after
sunrise.

Mariners navigating these waters should exercise caution and
follow USCG Rule of Conduct of vessels in restricted visibility.
