The areas affected include...
  Tidal Potomac from Indian Head to Cobb Island MD...

At 650 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated a shower, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. This shower was located over Fairview
Beach, moving northeast at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots and locally
higher waves. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this
storm passes.
