Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...

At 521 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Hart Miller Island to 8 nm east of Miles River, moving
south at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Buoy.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Fort Smallwood State Park, Pinehurst, North Point State Park, Hart
Miller Island, Magothy River, Gibson Island, Bodkin Point, Tolchester
Beach, Pooles Island, Love Point, Gunpowder River, Sandy Point State
