Recent marine observations across open waters of the central
Chesapeake Bay continue to gust between 15 to 18 knots. This
likely persists another couple of hours given southerly channeling
effects.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should exercise extra caution if navigating the waters
during this time.
