Multidirectional tree damage, at least dozens of trees.
Large trees uprooted, large limbs snapped on the 5100
block of route 23/3 near High View WV, consistent with
rotation signature noted on NWS weather radar. Tracked
east over the ridge and across the state line into
Virginia where it created similar tree damage in
northern Wilde Acres, VA.
