The primary threats will be damaging wind gusts and large hail. A Flood Watch for the potential of flash flooding has been issued from 3PM this afternoon until midnight for the Washington and Baltimore Metropolitan areas as well as northeastern Maryland and the Virginia Piedmont around Interstate 95. Scattered instances of flash flooding are possible. A Heat Advisory is in effect from until 7 PM this evening. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday No hazardous weather is expected at this time. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Numerous thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into the evening.
