Morning RH has recovered to 100 percent today, with dense fog in
the area at this time. Nearby temperatures are also sub-freezing,
so expect some slick spots out there early before temperatures
quickly rise this morning.  Winds will remain light at 5 to 10
mph. Minimum relative humidity values will fall into the 40 to 50
percent range this afternoon.

Expect similar conditions overnight, with excellent RH recovery
once again and perhaps some morning fog. Drier and warmer on
Saturday compared to today.
