.DISCUSSION...

Clouds are going to persist the entire night at Old Rag, including
on both sides of the Blue Ridge. Several cloud layers are noted
between 2500 to 3500 feet, and expect clouds to lower in height
through the night to as low as 1000 feet. Patchy fog is possible,
and could reduce visibility to less than 1 mile.

For elevations above 2000 feet - steady northeast winds around
10-15 mph and gusting to around 20 mph are expected through the
night. For lower elevations, winds will diminish to around 10 mph
or less after midnight. Conditions are dry this evening, though a
stray light shower or sprinkle will be possible after midnight.
