.DISCUSSION...

An area of low pressure along the southeast U.S. coast will lift
north toward the Delmarva through early next week. This system is
likely to bring rain and breezy to windy conditions tonight into
Monday. As this system departs offshore, Canadian high pressure
approaches from the west through the week. This ushers in a return
to dry weather with seasonable temperatures.

A steady light rain will develop at the event location early this
morning, then likely persist for most of the day though there will
be periods of no rain or a fine drizzle. Conditions dry out for
tonight, though periods of light rain/drizzle are possible.

Winds are going to increase late this morning, then remain elevated
through Monday. The strongest winds will be this afternoon to
evening when northeast winds gust to 25 to 30 mph. A bit lesser
gusts around 20 mph tonight. No thunderstorms are expected.

Dry conditions for the most part on Monday, while still remaining
breezy and cloudy for most of the day.
