.DISCUSSION...

High pressure to our north today will move offshore tonight, with
dry and cool conditions expected and light winds.

A strong coastal low pressure will develop along the southeast U.S.
coast this weekend. Locally, this will result in a slight increase
in wind speeds on Saturday as well as increased cloud cover.
Additionally, rain chances will be on the increase by late Saturday
afternoon into Saturday night, but should remain light in nature.
High temperatures reach the upper 60s to near 70 on Saturday.

The bulk of rainfall will fall into the day on Sunday, and winds
will increase substantially with gusts up to 20-30 mph possible
during the afternoon hours. Rain amounts do not look to be much
more than a quarter to half an inch throughout the whole event at
worst. There is also a good chance that it is mostly a light drizzle
and we see the lower end of that range. Also, temperatures will be
cooler on Sunday, with highs in the mid 60s.
