.DISCUSSION...
A strong cold front will cross the Mid-Atlantic through Monday
morning which will yield drier conditions and decreasing humidity
levels. Canadian high pressure will build across the area through
mid-week before another frontal system reaches the area late in
the week. A gradual warm up ensues during the middle to latter
portions of the week, with storm chances returning by Thursday.
Winds will shift to the northwest with gusts of 15 to 25 mph on
Monday. RH will drop into the 40s Monday afternoon.
