The Flood Warning will expire at 345 AM EDT early this morning for
portions of northeast and northern Maryland, including the following
areas, in northeast Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Harford.

Flood waters have receded. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining
road closures.
