West Central Hardy County in eastern West Virginia... * Until 800 PM EDT. * At 513 PM EDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in Flash flooding was occuring in the vicinity of Durgon and DOrcas. Portions of US-220 seeing high water covering the roadway per 911 dispatch. . Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 45 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.7 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
