The Flash Flood Watch has expired for portions of Maryland,
including the following areas, Anne Arundel, Cecil, Central and
Eastern Allegany, Eastern Garrett, Extreme Western Allegany,
Southeast Harford, Southern Baltimore and Western Garrett, western
Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Highland and
Western Highland, and eastern West Virginia, including the following
areas, Eastern Grant, Eastern Mineral, Eastern Pendleton, Western
Grant, Western Mineral and Western Pendleton.

The threat for heavy rain has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch has expired. Some warnings for residual flooding remain in
effect. Please heed road closures.
