northeast, and northern Maryland, including the following areas, in
north central Maryland, Carroll and Frederick MD. In northeast
Maryland, Cecil. In northern Maryland, Northern Baltimore, Northwest
Harford and Southeast Harford.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
