Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Heavy rainfall on top of residual snowpack will lead to increased runoff concerns. 1 to 2 inches of rain, locally nearing 3 inches in a few spots, is expected across the watch area today. The combination of the drenching rain combined with 2 to 4 inches of snow water liquid equivalent from remaining snowpack on the ground will lead to flooding concerns. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
