Weak high pressure will build across the waters through Wednesday
before a strong cold front crosses the waters Thursday. Strong
thunderstorms could pose a threat to mariners Thursday afternoon
into Thursday evening. Small Craft Advisories may be needed for most
 of the waters Friday into Saturday.
