.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A weakening area of high pressure will maintain its influence over
the region through this evening. As this dome of high pressure
further weakens, a front will slowly approach from the north through
 tonight before stalling nearby on Friday. This frontal system
should  slowly lift northward as a warm front into southern New
England this  weekend. A stronger cold front may impact the waters
sometime early  next week.
