.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A cold front will slowly push south of the area today, then stall
off to the south near the Virginia/North Carolina border through the
 middle of the week. Weak high pressure returns by late in the
week. Small Craft Advisory conditions may linger into Tuesday for
portions of the waters. As Hurricane Erin passes well to the east,
Small Craft Advisories may be needed late Wednesday into Thursday.
