.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A cold front will sink southward tonight, eventually crossing the
local waters by Friday morning. High pressure briefly builds over
the northeastern U.S. on Saturday before another frontal system
looms nearby on Sunday and into early next week. Small Craft
Advisories may be needed on Friday behind the cold front. Wind gusts
 remain elevated at times Friday night through Monday, which may
prompt additional advisories.
