.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

A cold front will slowly drop southward across the area through
Monday. A strong area of high pressure will build to our north
Monday and remain in place through much of the week, leading to a
prolonged period of onshore flow. Several waves of low pressure may
track along the stalled front to our south during this time. Small
Craft Advisories will likely be needed for much of the Monday night
through Thursday time period, and a few low-end Gale gusts can`t be
ruled out on Tuesday or Wednesday.
