High pressure will remain in place across the region through this
evening. Summertime thunderstorms return to the forecast Friday
through the weekend as a weak front approaches. Southerly channeling
 in the Chesapeake Bay later this evening into tonight could result
in conditions near Small Craft Advisory criteria.
