THROUGH 830 PM CDT...

At 759 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong winds up
to 50 mph extending from 9 miles northeast of Earth, to 5 miles east
of Olton, to 4 miles southeast of Cotton Center. Movement was east-
northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and blowing dust.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Plainview, Tulia, Floydada, Hale Center, Olton, Hart, Lockney, Kress,
Cotton Center, Claytonville, Aiken, Halfway, Seth Ward, and Edmonson.
