...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN HALE AND
SOUTHWESTERN SWISHER COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM CDT...

At 613 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles west of Kress, or 10 miles south of Tulia, moving southeast at
15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Plainview, Kress, Seth Ward, and Edmonson.
