* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...The South Plains, far southern Texas Panhandle, and
  Rolling Plains.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
