with strong wind gusts and brief downpours will continue to spread
east across the South Plains and far southern Texas Panhandle.
Locations along and north of a line from Amherst to Plainview to
Floydada stand the best chance of seeing the steadiest rainfall
and strongest winds, perhaps up to 50 mph at times.
