Through 11pm...

A storm complex is drifting northeastward across the northern
Rolling Plains and extreme southeastern Texas Panhandle capable
of producing dime size hail with wind gusts up to 40 mph. Half an
inch to an inch of rain is expected to fall in the stronger
storms.
