Through 530 PM, scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms
will continue to develop and spread east from far eastern New
Mexico and into the western South Plains. Areas along and west of
a line from the Muleshoe Wildlife Refuge to Morton to Plains will
stand the best chance of seeing this activity. Brief downpours,
locally strong wind gusts and some blowing dust can be expected
with any of these storms.
