This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Fog is possible across most of the region through mid-morning.

Breezy and warmer conditions will result in elevated to near-
critical fire danger this afternoon. A Red Flag Warning is in effect
from 11 AM until 7 PM for the far southwestern Texas Panhandle and
western portions of the South Plains. A Rangeland Fire Danger
Statement is in effect from noon until 7 PM for the Interstate 27
corridor.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Elevated fire weather conditions will be possible across the Caprock Thursday
and Friday, and across the entire outlook area on Saturday. Light
wintry precipitation will be possible Monday and Tuesday.
